This agreement covers:

• Consulting and IT advisory services

• Access to DCORE’s online resources and community

Registration & User Obligations

• Participants must provide accurate personal and payment details during registration.

• Sharing login credentials or access to paid services is strictly prohibited.

• Participants are responsible for having the necessary internet, hardware, and software to access online services.

Payments & Transactions

• All payments must be made through our authorized gateway Razorpay.

• Pricing is subject to change without prior notice.

• Payments once made are subject to our Refund Policy.

Intellectual Property Rights

• All course material, recordings, and resources are intellectual property of DCORE.

• Unauthorized reproduction, resale, or distribution is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

• DCORE will not be liable for indirect losses such as network failures, device compatibility issues, or third-party service disruptions.

Event Changes / Force Majeure

• DCORE reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel events due to unforeseen circumstances.

• In case of force majeure (natural disasters, pandemics, etc.), DCORE’s liability is limited to rescheduling or refunding applicable fees.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

• These terms are governed by the laws of India.

• Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of Pune, Maharashtra courts.
