Refund Policy
Scope & Applicability
This Refund Policy applies to all payments made to DCORE (Datacenter, Cloud Operations, Research & Education) for seminars, webinars, training programs, consulting services, and any other offerings purchased through our official website or payment gateway.
Seminar & Webinar Refunds

Cancellations made 7 or more days prior to the event: 100% refund of the registration fee.

Cancellations made within 7 days of the event: Non-refundable.

If a participant fails to attend a seminar or webinar without prior notice, no refund will be provided.
Training & Program Refunds

Fees paid for online or offline training programs are non-refundable once the program has started.

If a participant withdraws before the start date, a refund may be considered after deducting administrative charges (up to 20%).

In the event of program cancellation from DCORE’s side, participants will receive a 100% refund.
Event Cancellation / Rescheduling by DCORE

If DCORE cancels an event, full refunds will be issued.

If an event is rescheduled, participants may either:
a) transfer their registration to the new date, or
b) request a full refund.
Refund Timelines & Method

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method (via Razorpay) within 7–10 working days of approval.
Exceptions
-
Fees paid for special promotional events, discounted registrations, or one-time offers are non-refundable.

Refund requests related to technical failures outside DCORE’s control (e.g., poor internet connectivity at participant’s end) will not be entertained.
