Payment Policy

Accepted Payment Methods

  • Debit Cards, Credit Cards, Net Banking, UPI, and Razorpay Wallet.
     

Payment Gateway & Security

  • All transactions are processed through Razorpay’s secure gateway.

  • DCORE does not store any sensitive payment information.
     

Payment Confirmation & Invoices

  • A confirmation email with invoice details will be sent upon successful payment.
     

Failed Transactions / Duplicate Payments

  • In case of failed payments, no amount will be charged.

  • If an amount is deducted, Razorpay will automatically refund within 5–7 working days.
     

Pricing & Taxes

  • All fees are displayed in INR (Indian Rupees).

  • Taxes are applicable as per Indian law (GST included wherever applicable).
     

Dispute Resolution

  • For payment disputes, customers must contact connect@dcoreglobal.com within 7 days of transaction.

  • Razorpay’s dispute resolution policies may also apply.
