DCORE Global Corporation operates this website and licenses service software platforms. Where a platform connects client users with independent service providers and vendors, DCORE is a marketplace intermediary — not the employer of partners, not the trainer of every candidate, and not the seller of vendor goods. Who this policy covers

This policy covers everyone who uses DCORE websites or licensed platforms: candidates and other individuals or organisations in training flows, service providers, vendors, client users, and visitors. Personal data you provide is processed only for stated DCORE purposes (contact, OTP where used, booking, training intake, dispatch, payments, support, and site operations). To the maximum extent permitted by law, DCORE Global Corporation is not liable for use, misuse, loss, breach, or harm arising from data shared with or collected by independent service providers, vendors, partners, or any third party during fulfilment.

Acceptance and consent

Where a licensed platform requires a checkbox before OTP, that tick records consent to this Privacy Policy, the Terms & Conditions, DPDP Act 2023 processing, and location tracking as described in the Terms. Acceptance is recorded with date and time (IST). Using this website also constitutes acceptance of this policy.

Data we collect

Identity (name, date of birth where required). Contact (email, mobile — OTP verified where used). Location (GPS, IP, PIN code, city) where a dispatch platform needs it. Device (type, OS, browser, timezone, language, session metadata). Booking and payment references. Partner assignment details. Usage analytics on this website. We do not collect or store Aadhaar, PAN, passport, full card numbers, passwords, or biometrics on ordinary customer accounts.

Lawful basis (DPDP Act 2023)

Consent (OTP, location, marketing where opted in). Performance of contract (booking or engagement fulfilment). Legitimate interests (fraud prevention, platform security, service quality). Legal obligation (GST, tax, court orders). Withdrawal of consent may limit features where consent is required.

How we use it

Respond to enquiries and named-lead conversations. Verify identity via OTP before bookings where that flow exists. Match users with nearby partners. Send booking, payment, and service updates by SMS, WhatsApp, or email. Process platform fees and GST. Prevent fraud and abuse. Improve platforms through aggregated analytics. Comply with Indian law.

Chat output is not a complete or verified statement of DCORE’s products, prices, or legal position. Check facts yourself. Do not put passwords, secrets, or unnecessary personal data in chat.

Continuing to use the chat is consent to this recording and to the Terms & Conditions. DCORE Global Corporation is not responsible for chat content or for decisions you take from it, except where that responsibility cannot be excluded under mandatory Indian law. Electronic communications

You consent to receive transactional SMS, WhatsApp messages, and emails for OTP verification, booking updates, payment confirmations, and support. Promotional messages are opt-in only. Standard carrier or data charges may apply.

Location data

On licensed dispatch platforms, accepting before OTP includes consent to collect GPS coordinates, IP-based location, PIN code, and address to show nearby services, match partners, route deliveries, and enable live job tracking on supported categories. Location is shared with an assigned partner solely to fulfil the booking. Denying GPS may block booking or dispatch.

Data sharing

Name, mobile, and service location with an assigned partner. Payment references with a PCI-DSS payment processor (for example Razorpay). Mobile with SMS providers for OTP. Cloud infrastructure in India. Government, regulators, or courts when legally required. Professional advisers under confidentiality where necessary. DCORE Global Corporation is not liable for how any third party uses data shared for booking fulfilment or platform operations.

Cross-border transfer and retention

Primary storage and processing occur in India. Any subprocessors that process data outside India do so only as needed for service delivery, and you consent to such transfers where required. Bookings and invoices: 7 years (GST/tax). OTP logs: 30 days. Device and session logs: 12 months. Support and dispute records: 3 years. Deleted accounts: personal data erased within 30 days except where retention is legally required or needed to defend legal claims.

Your rights (DPDP Act 2023)

Access. Correction. Erasure (subject to legal retention). Grievance redressal. Nominate a representative. Withdraw consent for consent-based processing. Email privacy@dcoreglobal.com with your registered mobile or the email you used. We may verify identity before acting. We may refuse manifestly unfounded or repetitive requests where permitted by law. Unresolved grievances may be escalated to the Data Protection Board of India when constituted.

Security

TLS in transit. Encryption at rest. India hosting. OTP-only customer auth where that flow exists. Access controls and audit logging. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DCORE Global Corporation is not liable for unauthorised access, data incidents, or harm arising from user devices, partners, vendors, subprocessors, or any third party — including breaches or misconduct outside DCORE’s control.

Children and changes

DCORE websites and licensed platforms are for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. Contact privacy@dcoreglobal.com if you believe a minor has registered. We may update this policy at any time. Material changes will show a new updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
