Hosting refund policy
Simple rules, written plainly. This policy covers products bought from the DCORE Hosting Store. It sits alongside our general Refund Policy and Terms.
Money-back windows
- Shared hosting, WordPress / WooCommerce and cloud hosting: full refund of the plan price if you cancel within 30 days of activation.
- VPS (Linux and Windows), VDS and reseller hosting: full refund of the plan price if you cancel within 7 days of activation.
- These windows apply to yearly or longer terms on your first order of that product. Monthly terms can be cancelled at any time and stop at the end of the paid month, but they are not refunded.
Not refundable
- Domain registrations, transfers and renewals, which are passed to the registry once processed.
- Paid SSL certificates once issued, and website security subscriptions.
- Bare-metal dedicated servers and their setup fees.
- One-time services that have already been delivered, such as expert setup.
- Software licences bought for you, such as Windows or control panel licences.
Free domains
If your plan included a free domain and you cancel within the money-back window, we deduct the domain's normal yearly price from the refund. The domain stays yours.
How to ask for a refund
Email connect@dcoreglobal.com or WhatsApp +91-92701-94842 with your order reference. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 7 working days.
When refunds do not apply
We do not refund services suspended for abuse, spam, illegal content or breaking our Terms.
