Are your prices inclusive of GST?
No. All prices exclude 18% GST. The checkout shows the subtotal, the GST and the exact total before you pay.
How do I pay?
Pay by UPI, card or net banking through our Razorpay page, or scan our UPI QR code. Pay the exact total shown and include your order reference.
When will my service be active?
Hosting, WordPress, email and VPS orders are usually live within a few working hours of payment. Dedicated servers come with a confirmed delivery date.
Can I use a domain I already own?
Yes. Choose "use my own domain" at checkout and we send you the nameservers to point it to.
Do you move my existing website?
Yes, free on hosting, WordPress and cloud plans. Our team handles the move and checks everything works.
Do I get a GST invoice?
Yes. Enter your GSTIN and registered business name at checkout and they appear on the invoice.
Which billing terms can I choose?
Monthly, yearly, or 2–3 years, depending on the product. Longer terms cost less per month and are paid upfront.
Will the price change when I renew?
Renewals are at the plan price for the same term at the time of renewal. We send an invoice before the due date.
What is your refund policy?
Shared, WordPress and cloud hosting have 30 days. VPS, VDS and reseller plans have 7 days. Both apply to yearly or longer terms. See the full policy.
