What is a VDS?

A VDS (virtual dedicated server) is a large virtual server with dedicated cores. It gives you dedicated-server power without managing hardware.

Is there a setup fee?

VDS plans have no setup fee. Bare-metal servers have a one-time setup fee on monthly and 3-month terms only; 6-month and longer terms have none. The fee is shown before you pay.

How long does delivery take?

A VDS is usually ready within a few hours. Bare-metal servers are confirmed with a delivery date after you order.

Are prices inclusive of GST?

No. 18% GST is added at checkout and shown on your invoice.
